She leads on investor relations, compliance, deal progression and daily operations. Cristiana’s ability to stay organised and communicate clearly makes our process smooth and easy — especially for first-time investors who want clarity and confidence.

Jose brings the hustle, vision and big-picture strategy. With years of hands-on experience in steel fabrication, he understands the value of hard work, discipline, and getting things done right.
He handles the sourcing, negotiations, and property analysis — ensuring every deal we pass on is thoroughly vetted, profitable, and aligned with our clients’ goals. He’s passionate about real estate and determined to build a legacy through property.
